NOVARISE aligned civil, electrical and lifting teams around a single constraint plan. Equipment foundations, cable routes and steel installation were released in controlled zones so disciplines could advance in parallel.
Daily coordination combined look-ahead planning with materials assurance and permit readiness. Issues were assigned an owner and closure time during the same shift, preventing minor constraints from reaching the critical path.
The project reached mechanical completion eleven days early while maintaining the client's quality and HSE requirements—a result created by coordination rather than last-minute acceleration.
